 +=====NV=====
 +__N__ode __V__ariable a [[glossary:glossary_c#cbus|CBUS]] term referring to a value which controls the overall behaviour of a node. For example in the CANACE8C module, taking an input low generates an On event, when that input returns high this normally generates an Off event. This behaviour can be modified by one of the NVs where a set(1) bit within the NV will cause the associated Off event generation to be suppressed.
