If you don't understand it we will do our best to explain it so you can get something from coming along. If you want to come along then please let either Bob Shanks or myself know, our details are in the journal and we can look out for you.

Meeting at Nidec SR Drives in Harrogate, HG3 1PR There will be a talk by Kit Spackman of APT-E heritage and Paul Leadley of APT Heritage.

Confirmed Middleton Railway Leeds We will have our usual round robin of working and failed projects, and a mini lecture / discussion on voltage regulation (for those not electrical we keep it sensible) Plus you can always take a ride on the trains.

19 January 2019 To be confirmed Network Rail School of Signalling, Doncaster Mini forum style lectures and questions and answers, failed and successful projects Discussions on members requirements going forward, and whatever comes up.

16 March 2019 Kit Locker Visit Sutton on Sea Visit to the Kit Locker and the seaside. Judi has been kind enough to invite us and we look forward to visiting and seeing her work.

18th May 2019 Bedale Railway Station, North Yorkshire to be confirmed A visit to the lovely old station and the heritage line. All the usual topics and a ride on the line as well.

Please note these dates in your diary so that we can have an increasing attendance at our Area meetings. Don't forget your packed lunch!
