MERG Meeting Programme

Prospective new members are welcome to attend any of the following meetings to discuss MERG and meet those involved.

October 2018
19th Introduction to JMRI Weekend Course
Introduction to JMRI, assuming no previous knowledge - run as part of the Missenden Railway Modellers autumn weekend. Scroll down to the bottom of this diary page for full details of all courses.

20th South Hants Area Group Saturday workshop
This is our monthly workshop, where members have use of several workbenches so they can work on projects, get help and advice as necessary, generally socialise, all with copious amounts of tea/ coffee and biscuits.

Keen House is the headquarters of The Model Railway Club. It is located just off Pentonville Road at 4, Calshot Street, Kings Cross, London N1, which is about 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross station or 15 minutes from the Angel. Details on other venues can be obtained by clicking the venue link.

The National Festival Of Railway Modelling
Thousands of visitors will join us at the East of England Arena & Events Centre in Peterborough with 30 layouts from a variety of major scales and gauges from UK and abroad plus over 100 quality traders, clubs & societies and 'How to' demonstrations on many aspects of the hobby.
